Most people do not choose a plumber. They panic-search one, take whoever answers, and hope. Mars Plumbing is built for the other version of that — where you know who is coming, what it costs, and what happens next.
Why we are called Mars
Mars is the rust planet. Its colour comes from iron oxide — which is exactly what happens to old pipe, slowly, out of sight, until the morning it does not hold any more.
So the mark on our vans is the first thing we would tell you to go and find: the wheel on your water main. Round like the planet, and the one tap in your house that stops a bad night getting worse.
It is a small operation on purpose. Small enough that the person who quotes the job is the person who does it, and big enough to answer the phone when it rings after hours.

Usually at the front boundary, by the water meter. Clockwise until it stops. Worth finding on a dry day rather than a wet one.
