Job 01
Emergency“The sink is filling up and it smells.”
We find what is actually blocking it rather than pushing the problem further down the line. Camera down the drain where it needs it, so you get told what caused it and whether it will come back.
Job 02
Emergency“There is water where there should not be water.”
First thing we do is stop it. Then we find the source properly, because a wet patch on a ceiling is rarely directly under the leak. You get told what it will take before we open anything up.
Job 03
“The shower went cold.”
Repair first where a repair makes sense, replace when it does not. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at, and what the difference costs over the life of the unit.
Job 04
“It drips, it runs, it will not stop.”
The small jobs that quietly cost money and sleep. Usually done in one visit, and we carry the common parts so it does not turn into a second trip.
Job 05
“Something gas needs connecting — or checking.”
Gas work is licensed work and there is no sensible corner to cut in it. Appliance connections, new points, and a compliance certificate where one is required.
Job 06
“It only leaks when it rains hard.”
Storm-season work: the overflow that goes into the eaves instead of the downpipe, the flashing that has lifted, the gutter that has quietly rusted through at the back.

“The bathroom is coming out on Monday.”
