Two visits, months apart
Plumbing on a renovation happens twice: rough-in, when the walls are open and the pipework goes in, and fit-off, when the fixtures go on at the end. Getting the first one right is what stops expensive surprises at the second.
Decisions we will chase you for early
Where the toilet sits, whether the shower is a wall mixer or a rail, which side the vanity waste comes out. These sound like finishes but they are all decided at rough-in, and changing them afterwards means opening the wall again.
Working with your builder
On a job with other trades we work to the program rather than around it. If waterproofing or tiling is booked, our fit-off has to land in the right order — we will say so early rather than turn up and find we cannot start.

Do you work directly for homeowners or only builders?
Both. On an owner-managed renovation we will tell you what we need from the other trades and when, so you can hold the program together.
